đ Settling In
Parents are welcome to bring children into the setting each morning to help with transitions. Some children need extra timeâothers enjoy a quick play and chat. Weâll work with you to ensure a positive start.
đ Snack Time
Children enjoy a healthy daily snack and are encouraged to try new foods. As they grow in confidence, they help prepare and tidy up their own snack.
Please let us know about any dietary requirements.
đ§ Water Bottles
Please bring a named water bottle each day.
We refill bottles throughout the morning, and if a bottle is forgotten, we will always provide drinks.
â Wow Stars
Every Friday, children bring home a Wow Star to record a special achievement from the weekend (e.g., tidying up, counting to 10, drawing, baking).
We celebrate these on Monday and add them to Learning Journeys.
đź Toileting
If your child wears nappies, please bring a named bag each day with nappies and wipes.
We happily support toilet trainingâyour childâs key person will work with you.
đ Star of the Week
Every Friday, teachers choose a Star of the Week.
Winners take home our class giraffe, Geoffrey, and receive a certificate. Celebrations take place in a special assembly.
